Morse Keys
I currently own a few straight keys and an iambic paddle and a “bug”, although my CW skills are poor, at best. Here they are, listed in alphabetical order by manufacturer:
Hi-Mound
- BK-100 “Bug”

- This is the second, or “new” version, and has ball-bearings; the original version did not.
J. H. Bunnell
- CJB 26003A “Flame Proof”

- I acquired this particular key from Australia, in mint condition.
MFJ
- MFJ-564 Paddles
Nye Viking
- Master Key

- A nice, solid, and forgiving straight key.
Signal Electric
- Circa mid-1930’s
- This key is not on the a "black enamel metal base" as shown in the copy of the catalog that I have, but is mounted on a square board.
- R-68 Wireless Practice Set
- Circa mid-1930’s
- All original (aside from silicon feet that I put on bottom), with top of original box and "Fundamentals of Wireless Telegraphy" booklet, with catalog included.
Unknown
- “Japanese Ball Bearing”

- My first key, purchased at a radio repair shop for about $15.00 .
- I call this my “Seeburg” key.
- When I purchased it, it was nicely mounted on a board, along with what I believe is a advertising “giveaway” ashtray (it’s slightly too small to be a coaster?) for Seeburg authorized dealers. Claims that Seeburg is the “Stereo of the Stars”.

I clicked on key names, but nothing happened. I waited and waited, no apparent action. Maybe something isn’t “hooked” up?
Sorry ’bout that Emory. This is, unfortunately, an unfinished page, and I’ve been remiss in getting it completed. At the moment it’s just a list of most of the keys that I have, but I plan on putting the pictures of my various keys here and not just on my Flickr site, and possibly a few links to other related web pages. If you’re interested, you can view the few that I have there.
Here it is an entire year later, and I’ve finally gotten around to getting the photographs of my keys, along with the keys I’ve acquired recently, added to this page.
